Assisting a major real estate developer regarding the largest shopping center in Southern Romania, involving over 150 disputes, including enforcement procedures, claims up to €12M and insolvency claims of over €17.000.000.

Assisting the largest employees' association, with over 70,000 members, in connection with over 200 disputes, including collective actions filed by several thousand members, actions regarding the dissolution of the association, actions to annul resolutions of the general assembly and the board of directors, as well as providing advice for the association’s day-to-day activities.

Assisting the largest trade union and the largest federation and confederation in disputes concerning the protecting of trade union assets, various claims for damages, labor disputes, enforcement procedures and actions within insolvency proceedings where these entities were involved as creditors.

Assisting a shareholder of the largest Romanian-owned investment fund in relation to other shareholders and the Financial Supervisory Authority, regarding the exercise of voting rights within General Assemblies, with a stake of approximately €50,000,000.

Assisting a prominent real estate developer in insolvency-related litigation regarding claims amounting to approximately €12,000,000, as well as challenging auction procedures organized by the judicial liquidator for assets evaluated at more than €9,000,000.
